2. Orders from Our Webshop

When you place an order, we collect, process, and use the personal data you provide within the framework of applicable data protection laws.

2.1. Personal Data

Data required during registration: name, email address, password, billing address, shipping address, phone number.

2.2. Use of Your Personal Data

2.3. Technical Data

Data technically recorded during system operation: IP address, visited web pages, time and duration of visits, browser type, operating system. These are stored for a maximum of 30 days.

2.4. Duration of Data Processing

Processing of data provided during registration begins with registration and lasts until deletion is requested. For accounting documents, data must be retained for 8 years under Act C of 2000 on Accounting. For newsletters, processing lasts until unsubscription.

2.5. Profile Deletion and Modification

The Customer may request deletion of their registration or modification of their data at any time via email at info@artivistaoptics.com or in writing to 2120 Dunakeszi, Konrád Ignác utca 20., Hungary.

3. Data Transfer and Processing

ICONS Vision Kft may transfer your data (name, billing/shipping address, phone number, email, tax number) to the following partners:

Hosting provider: Shopify Inc. — website operation, order processing

Shipping partners:
Magyar Posta Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Dunavirág utca 2-6.)
GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft. (2351 Alsónémedi, GLS Európa utca 2.)
Purpose: delivery of ordered products. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Online payment:
OTP Mobil Kft. (SimplePay) — 1093 Budapest, Közraktár u. 30-32.
Purpose: secure processing of online payments. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Invoicing:
KBOSS.hu Kft. (szamlazz.hu) — 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7/D.
Purpose: issuance of accounting documents. Retention period: 8 years.

Newsletter management:
Listamester, Bithuszárok Bt. (2051 Biatorbágy, Damjanich utca 8.)
Purpose: newsletter management. Data processed: name, email address.

Processing of names and public profile pictures registered on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Purpose: sharing and promoting website content. Legal basis: voluntary consent.

The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the security of data and to take technical measures to protect data collected, stored, and processed.
