Shipping
We ship all orders from Hungary. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Territory
We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders to addresses outside the EU cannot be processed at this time.

- DHL – Standard and express delivery within the EU; express delivery within Hungary

All delivery times are estimates only. Standard shipping is free across Hungary and the EU. Express delivery is available at checkout — EUR 20 within the EU, or HUF 7,000 within Hungary.
Backorders
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be dispatched within 5–15 business days. You will be notified by email if your order contains a backordered item.
Orders with Multiple Products
When your order contains multiple products, the longest indicated delivery period shall apply to the entire order. All items are shipped together wherever possible. If products have different availability, we will dispatch the complete order once all items are ready, unless you contact us to request a partial shipment.
Damage on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged, you must request that the courier prepare a damage report at the time of delivery and notify us within 24 hours at info@artivistaoptics.com with photographs. Defects discovered after acceptance of the shipment may be reported in accordance with applicable statutory warranty and guarantee rights.
Liability
Artivista Optics shall not be held liable for delays attributable to courier companies or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
